Frequently asked questions
Do my codes stop working if I cancel?
No. Every code you download is static: the GTIN, batch, expiry or URL is inside the symbol itself, so it keeps scanning forever, with or without a subscription. That is the main difference from “dynamic QR” services, whose codes stop redirecting when you stop paying.
How do I pay?
Through PayPal: with your PayPal balance or a debit / credit card in the PayPal checkout. In most countries PayPal lets you pay by card without creating a PayPal account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — from the account menu (Manage subscription → Cancel) or in your PayPal account. No further charges; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of any payment and we refund it in full. See the refund policy.
What counts as one code?
Each symbol you download counts once, whatever formats it includes — a DataMatrix ZIP entry with PNG, PNG + HRI and SVG is one code.
Is Pro really unlimited?
Pro has a fair-use limit of 20,000 codes per 24 hours and 3,000 rows per bulk batch, which covers normal production use.
Do I get a receipt?
PayPal emails a receipt for every payment. If you need an invoice with your company details, contact us.
